ROOTS project 2024 activity report:
- The results of our ROOTS (Building and Linking Roots) Erasmus+ project were presented on January 25, 2024. The event was hosted at the Forest Lodge & Bowling in Băile Tușnad/Tusnádfürdő.
- The implementation period of the ROOTS (Building and Linking Roots) Erasmus+ project concludes on February 27, 2024. The consortium held its final online meeting to discuss the promotion of project results and tasks related to the financial reporting.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The aim of the project is for young people to learn about the roots of the cultures of the participating countries and to see how they all coexist and influence each other. Not only will they discover a part of history through the project, but they will also learn about the specific elements that can be learned through the arts (music, dance, poetry, etc.), while developing their creativity. Thanks to the project, they will be able to raise awareness of the importance of intercultural dialogue in order to achieve a tolerant, empathetic and respectful society. They will also be able to pass on what they have learnt to their environment (family, friends, classmates).
The project is co-funded by the European Union.
